• You are an Australian citizen, Australian resident, or an Australian business, and are not a Foreign Donor.
• You understand donations totalling $1,290 or more must be disclosed to the Victorian Electoral Commission by you and by Turning Point Australia within 21 days of the donation being made. This includes where multiple donations are made that total $1,290 or more.
• You cannot donate more than $5,190 to Turning Point Australia's Victorian campaign between 15 April and 28 November 2026.
